HTSP was created in 2005 on an initiative of Mr. Wanglei, as the controlling shareholder of a group of three companies: Qingdao Zhengdachang HTSP Co., Ltd, Qingdao SPTS Machinery Co., Ltd, Hebei Zhengda Casting Co., Ltd.

After Eight years, in 2013, Group HTSP made the decision to split off the Auto parts business (under the name of HTSP).

Nowadays HTSP is a Group that produces and trade with its own technology and exports to around 20 countries across all continents.
