Brewhouse:

2-vessel: mash/lauter tank and kettle/whirlpool tank

Combination tank: lauter/whirlpool tank, kettle

3/4 vessels is also available if pub brewery space and operation needed

Hot water tank optional

Heating method:

electricity heating/steam heating(electricity/LPG/diesel oil/nautral gas)

Material:

Interior stainless steel 2.5~3.0mm, exterior stainless steel/luxury red copper 1.5~2.0mm

It reaches the sanitary standard, the inner wall and exterior wall are well polished

Insulation layer:

Polyurethane or rockwool high-pressure insulation, thickness 80~100mm.

Fermentation:

Fermentation is an extremely important process in beer production. It is a complex biochemical reaction process involving yeast. The fermenter has a cylindrical shape with a cone bottom. The tank has its own cooling device, which can easily control the fermentation temperature. The bottom of the tank is tapered, and it is convenient to recycle yeast and clean. 

Beer storage tank:

Bright beer tank/serving tank, jacketed or non-jacketed, 150 degree bottom cone, with carbonization device assort

Cooling:

Double stage cooling, cooling system for both heat exchanger and fermenter

The cooling jacket adopts various jacket heat exchange modes such as Maitreya board, arched passage and corrugated passage.

PLC control system

PLC control system can realize automatic and semi-automatic control to ensure accurate and effective process parameters and experimental results.

Cleaning:

50L/100L CIP cleaning, movable with wheel

The tank has a CIP cleaning system to ensure hygienic safety during production. With advanced international fermentation engineering technology, PLC automatic temperature control technology can be adopted.
